Website information is not a construction contract
Website content, messages, appointment bookings, uploaded media, and preliminary estimates are provided for informational and project-evaluation purposes. They do not create a construction contract, establish a final project price, or obligate Estrada Elite Enterprises to accept a project.
A project begins only after the parties approve and sign a written agreement describing the scope, price, payment schedule, exclusions, and other applicable terms.
Free online estimate policy
The free online estimate is a preliminary review based on the information and media submitted by the customer. Pricing, scope, measurements, material requirements, structural conditions, code requirements, permitting, and availability may change after an in-person inspection or further project review.
- Up to five files may be uploaded per submission.
- Each file may be no larger than 5 MB.
- Each uploaded video must be 10 seconds or shorter.
- Accepted formats are limited to the image and video types listed by the form.
- Estrada Elite normally aims to respond within 24 hours but does not guarantee a response deadline.
- Uploaded media may be retained for up to one year, subject to the Privacy Policy.
Upload consent and customer responsibilities
By submitting a file, the customer confirms that they own the file or have permission to submit it and that the file may be reviewed for estimating, customer service, project planning, security, and recordkeeping.
Users may not upload unlawful, malicious, deceptive, infringing, sexually explicit, unrelated, or harmful files. Files must not contain confidential information belonging to another person unless the user is authorized to share it. Estrada Elite may reject, quarantine, or delete files that violate these terms or create a security concern.
Submission of project media does not authorize public marketing use. A separate permission or media release is required before customer-submitted files are used in advertisements, social posts, or a public gallery.
In-person estimate scheduling fee
A $20 non-refundable scheduling fee is required to reserve an in-person estimate. The fee compensates dedicated scheduling, travel, and evaluation time.
If the customer hires Estrada Elite Enterprises for the quoted project, the $20 fee will be credited toward the contracted project price. The credit applies only to the project associated with the estimate and only after a written project contract is signed.
Rescheduling, cancellations, and no-shows
- Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations, missed appointments, and changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice forfeit the $20 fee.
- Rescheduling is subject to available appointment times and the service area.
- If Estrada Elite cancels without providing a reasonable alternative appointment, the scheduling fee should be refunded.
Appointment availability
Online scheduling normally offers one-hour appointments between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, seven days a week, with a 30-minute travel buffer between appointments. Customers may book up to 60 days in advance. Available slots may change before payment is completed, and an appointment is not confirmed until Stripe reports successful payment.
Payments
Stripe processes the scheduling payment. Stripe’s own terms and privacy practices apply to payment processing. Estrada Elite may cancel fraudulent, duplicate, or improperly scheduled transactions.
Project examples and results
Photographs, examples, descriptions, and project timelines are illustrative. Every property and project is different. Results, pricing, material availability, and completion schedules may vary.
Service area and project acceptance
Estrada Elite is a service-area business. Listing a city does not guarantee that every project within that city will be accepted. Project fit depends on scope, scheduling, travel, access, safety, permitting, and business capacity.
Permits, codes, and specialty trades
Applicable permitting and building-code requirements depend on the project and jurisdiction. Licensed trade professionals are used when required for regulated electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or other specialty work. No website statement should be interpreted as a blanket professional or trade license claim.
Workmanship and material terms
Estrada Elite stands behind its work. Applicable workmanship warranty and material or manufacturer warranty information will be described in the written proposal or contract for the specific project. The website does not establish a universal warranty duration.
Acceptable website use
Users may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit automated spam, misuse payment or upload functions, or copy website branding and content for unauthorized commercial use.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the website and business processes change. Questions may be directed to eliteflooringprojects@gmail.com or (832) 338-6188.
These are practical working terms and should be reviewed by qualified Texas counsel before launch.
