Estrada Elite Enterprises LLC respects the privacy of homeowners and website visitors. This policy explains the information collected through estimate forms, appointment scheduling, file uploads, and direct communications.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide voluntarily, including your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, project address, city, ZIP code, requested service, project description, appointment preferences, photographs, videos, and communications with us.
When you schedule a paid estimate, Stripe may collect payment and billing information. Estrada Elite Enterprises does not intend to receive or store complete payment-card numbers through this website.
How information is used
- Respond to estimate, appointment, and service requests.
- Review project descriptions, photographs, and videos.
- Contact customers about appointments, estimates, and projects.
- Prepare preliminary estimates, proposals, and project records.
- Process and confirm scheduling payments through Stripe.
- Prevent spam, fraud, misuse, or security incidents.
- Maintain business, accounting, customer-service, and legal records.
Service providers
Information may be processed or stored using service providers such as Amazon Web Services for private media storage, Google Sheets and Google Apps Script for operational records and notifications, Stripe for payments, website hosting providers, email providers, and security or spam-prevention services.
Project-media uploads
Project photos and videos are stored in a private Amazon S3 bucket. The Google Sheet stores file references rather than making customer uploads publicly accessible. Temporary access links may be generated when authorized staff review a submission.
Uploaded media is normally retained for up to one year. Information may be retained longer when reasonably needed for an active project, contract, payment record, dispute, warranty matter, security investigation, legal requirement, or legitimate business record.
Sharing
Estrada Elite Enterprises does not sell customer project photos, videos, or contact information. Information may be shared with service providers, professional advisers, or subcontractors when reasonably necessary to review, estimate, schedule, or perform requested work, protect the website, or comply with law.
Submitting project media does not grant permission to use it in advertising, social media, or a public project gallery. Separate permission should be obtained before customer-submitted media is used for marketing.
Security
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect submitted information. These measures include private object storage, temporary upload authorization, restricted server credentials, and payment processing through Stripe. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Cookies and technical information
The initial website implementation does not require advertising cookies. Hosting, security, and payment providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, and request logs to operate and protect their services. This policy should be updated before adding analytics, advertising pixels, embedded maps, chat widgets, or other tracking technologies.
Your requests
You may contact us to ask questions, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion of information that is no longer reasonably needed. Some records may be retained for contracts, accounting, payment disputes, fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance.
Children
The website and estimate services are intended for adults and are not directed toward children under 13.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated when website features, service providers, or business practices change. The version published on this page applies from its stated effective date.
