Interior Framing & Layout Changes

New partitions, widened openings, niches, backing, and other framing work can support a more useful room layout. Before structural or load-bearing conditions are altered, the appropriate review and documentation must be completed.

The final scope identifies what is known from the visible conditions and what may require additional evaluation after demolition.

Sheetrock Installation, Repair & Texture

Drywall repairs should blend with the surrounding wall rather than call attention to the patch. The process may include removal, backing, new board, tape, joint compound, sanding, texture, primer, and paint.

Exact texture matching can be affected by age, previous repairs, paint buildup, and lighting, but the goal is a consistent finished appearance.

  • Damaged wall and ceiling repairs
  • New drywall for remodels and partitions
  • Taping, floating, sanding, and texture
  • Preparation around doors, windows, and built-ins
  • Coordination with trim and paint work

Interior Painting & Final Finish

A durable paint finish begins with preparation. Cleaning, patching, sanding, caulking, masking, and priming may be needed before the finish coats are applied.

Paint sheen, color, moisture exposure, traffic, and existing surfaces are considered when the project scope is developed.
